"Being out of state, and with our limited time schedule, we dreaded the idea of selling/showing our house. We did our research though, and interviewed a few realtors. We got lucky that we chose Mindy.Mindy walked us through the whole process—from beginning to closing. She did all the staging and listing. After the first day it was on the market – we had multiple offers! Mindy went above and beyond – even off hours, she responded to our questions and concerns. And I did have a lot of questions!!! All these transactions/negotiations were done while we were out of state—but Mindy communicated so well, that it felt we were there in person.We highly recommend Mindy to do real estate transactions. "Mindy is very personable and professional. From the first meeting where the delivery of the market appraisal was easy to understand through the organizing of photography to listing, communication was first class and we felt in control.Mindy was present continually through the early stages to handle calls and viewing, there were no viewings refused and Mindy saw to them all personally.We were guided through the closing process and Mindy even attended the closing meeting.The entire process took 17 days only."

"The short story is that Mindy brings market knowledge, process expertise, professionalism, responsiveness and warmth in one person. What more could you ask for?The long story: Our home journey was very complicated, for reasons not related to her at all. Throughout the entire process she demonstrated patience, professionalism and a genuine care for us. I'm sure we weren't the easiest clients to work with but she never gave us that feeling.Mindy has an exceptional feel for people and when to push/pull in an artful manner. She is highly communicative but never overbearing. We received such responsiveness and attention whenever we had questions or requests.When seeing a home, Mindy quickly gets tuned into what you are looking for and expertly plays the role of sounding board and confidant. She points out possibilities in a home but doesn't oversell. She identifies concerns but isn't a downer. Basically she knows when to amplify your feelings and when to counter them.When negotiating, Mindy clearly lays out all the options to move forward. It's a collaborative conversation but you always feel like she has a good sense when to listen and when to lead. Because of her vast experience, she will put you in the position of the other side in order to understand the situation and negotiate a great deal.
